Rothiemurchus Lodge consists of three separate units.

The Union Jack Lodge - which is on two floors; the upper floor has 6 four berth rooms, 2 six berth rooms and 1 two berth room.  The ground floor has 8 four berth rooms. Each floor has its own lounge, dining room, kitchen, showers and toilets.

Old Nuffield Lodge - consists of four en-suite units, one sleeping 5, two sleeping 4 and one twin. It has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining area.

New Nuffield Lodge - has 1 six berth room, 2 two berth rooms, 2 four berth rooms and 1 twin room. It has separate ladies and gents showers and toilets, sauna, lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Accommodation is generally in 4 berth cabins, which are double glazed and centrally heated, with a total capacity of 102 people.  The facilites are first class, the kitchens being fully equipped with; fridge, freezer, micro wave ovens, crockery and cutlery.  The U.J. Lodge have industrial dishwashers.  Bedding packs consisting of; duvet, cover, sheet, pillow case with hand and bath towel are supplied for each guest.

Additional facilities include; washing machine, tumble dryer, saunas and pay phones.  Televisions are provided in each of the four lounges as well as in each en-suit facility.
