How to Book

  • To book accommodation, fill out the form below. Fields that are marked with an asterisk must be filled in.
  • When entering the number of guests for each room type, include children under 16/Cadets in this total - including children under 3.
  • Click on the Send Request button when you have completed the form. You will receive an instant acknowledgement of your request by email.
  • The Lodge Manager will reply to you by email within 24 hours. If your booking request has been successful, the email will contain a booking reference and the amount due. Please then go to the Payments Page from where you can make your payment by either Credit Card or PayPal.
  • If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please indicate this on the Requests/Comments field at the bottom of the booking form. No payments are to be made in cash.
  • Should you have any queries, you can phone, fax or email the Lodge Manager (Contact details below). It is better to make enquiries in the morning as the Lodge Manager's responsibilities often see him away from office in the afternoon. Nevertheless, if you leave a message you will receive a same-day reply.
